Customer Service Representative
We are seeking two friendly, outgoing individuals to provide exceptional customer service to our credit union members. You will process member transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Transactions include processing deposits and withdrawals, opening new accounts, and initiating payroll deductions as well as other services related to new and existing accounts.
You will have the opportunity to inform our members about our financial products and services and encourage them to consider using them.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for delivering a high level of service whether in person, over the phone, or at offsite events such as employee orientations. The successful candidate must have the ability to work and communicate effectively within a team setting and with people at all levels. Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical to this position. One of two schedules is available:
Monday and Wednesday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Tuesday off Thursday, 8 am to 6:30 pm
Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm

Monday and Tuesday, 8 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday off Thursday, 8 am to 6:30 pm
Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm
Saturday, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Our work environment is fast paced, team oriented and customer focused. A High School diploma and previous teller experience are required. Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
