  • Drafting Trusts to protect assets
  • Guardianships for the elderly
  • Planning for Medicaid and Medicare
  • Assistance in planning for nursing home placement

  • A Will, which creates an estate distribution plan
  • Power of Attorney, which facilitates administration of assets duringperiod of disability
  • Health Care Proxy, which directs medical care during periods of disability
