MAFCU offers conforming mortgages, with both fixed and adjustable rates.With a fixed rate, the interest rate remains the same throughout the length of the loan. Your monthly payments for loan principal and interest won't change over the entire mortgage period.

- 2 Unit = up to $533,850
- 3 Unit = up to $645,300
- 4 Unit = up to $801,950
