MAFCU's Online Banking System

For New Users Who have never used MAFCU's Online Banking System

You will see this screen after clicking on the "Enroll Online" tab on the left side of the page.

  • Enter your Member Number in the first box.
  • You then will be asked to enter  your PIN (TNT Audio Response PIN) in the next box. If you don't have a PIN, use the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
  • Enter your Social Security Number in the third box, and in the last box put the number of your home address. For instance, if you live at 100 Main Street, enter "100" (without the quotation marks) in the box.

The next step is to set up your logon and security information.

  • Enter your email address.
  • Create a Logon Identification, which must be between 6 and 50 characters.
  • Create your Security Code, which must be between 8 and 16 characters including at least 2 alphabetic letters and 2 numbers.

Once you complete this process you will see a confirmation screen, and you can then click on the "Logon" link. You will then be able to enroll in Enhanced Authentication.

All users need to enroll in Enhanced Authentication. Enhanced Authentication is a security measure that increases the security of your account.

To set up your Enhanced Authentication, you need to choose a phrase and an image. Each time you logon to Virtual Branch, you should see the phrase and image you have chosen.

You will then see a screen that asks you to choose three challenge questions. Enter your answers in the appropriate boxes, and click the "Next" button.

You then will see a confirmation screen for your review to ensure your information is correct. After reviewing the information, click on the "Next" button to go to Online Banking.
