10-Hour, First-Time Home Buyers Course

Learn what it takes to buy your first home by attending our ten-hour, first-time home buyers program, co-sponsored with Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation. We offer this program several times each year.  

The next first-time home buyers session will be held:

Wednesday, March 7
Wednesday, March 14
Wednesday, March 21
Wednesday, March 28

All sessions will be held at the MASCO Building, 375 Longwood Avenue, Fifth Floor Conference Room, Boston, MA.  When you complete all ten hours, you will become eligible for a certificate, good for three years, that may help you with down payments and closing costs.  There is a $30 fee, payable at the first session, that will be returned to you when you complete all ten hours.
